Ensure continuous business operations
Helping building your business continuity capability systematically…
Business Continuity (BC) is defined as the capability of the organization to continue delivery of products or services at acceptable predefined levels following a disruptive incident. – (Source: ISO 22301:2012)
Business Continuity Management (BCM) refers to building the organization’s capability to continue performing essential functions and services (at a minimum) in and after an emergency, crisis or disaster that could have resulted in a business disruption.
We have developed the BCM Framework, Guidelines and Toolkit for various entities to help them build their business continuity capability systematically before, during and after an emergency, disaster or crisis.
